With a few small moves a run of the mill family diner is converted into a traditional fish restaurant with a modern twist.  Since the opening in 2010 three new Lure restaurants have sprung up following on the success of the first in Camarillo.

Removing interior walls allows for the new horseshoe shaped bar that adds life to the dining room without overwhelming it.

The Lure Fish House restaurant project transforms a mundane interior space into a fun place for a fish diner and cocktails.    A former Coco's restaurant along Highway 101 in Camarillo, California the new restaurant welcomes hungry travelers and locals alike.  An exclusively seafood restaurant, Lure creates a comfortable place away from home to enjoy the fruits of the sea.

The original large outdoor patio is enclosed to create an open, airy bar and lounge that animates the large restaurant as you enter.  Removing interior walls allows for the new horseshoe shaped bar that adds life to the dining room without overwhelming it. A new oyster bar follows traditional models with white marble top and wood paneling with views into the kitchen.

A cheerful hostess at the new reception stand adds to the welcoming experience.

Favoring booths over open tables, the dining provides intimate individual dining options.  Opening the kitchen to the dining room, adds excitement to the casual ambiance.  The oversized former waiting area is converted into a private dining and doubles as a wine cellar.   A cheerful hostess at the new reception stand adds to the welcoming experience.
